Dear City Clerk:
I, Leslie Olson Gonzalez, am certifying that I have posted the 11 X 17" yellow
cards to notify the public of the hearing date for my application for a Conditional
Use Permit. The signs have been placed at 650 W. Broadway Ave., Meridian, 10
83642, facing perpendicular to the adjacent street. I have included the following
information: There will be a City Council hearing regarding a Conditional Use
Permit for a small daycare licensed for 24 children on August 24, 2005 at 7:00
pm at Meridian City Hall. The sign itself was printed with the location of City Hall,
a phone number for more information at the Planning and Zoning office, and a
place where I inserted my name as the applicant for the Conditional Use Permit.
The signs were posted at 11 :00 am on August 11, 2005.
By signing this letter, I certify that all the above information is true and correct.
