The Development Surety Agreement, recorded as Instrument#2018-024294, entered by and between
the City of Meridian("City"), a Municipal Corporation, and Sky Mesa Development,LLC.
("Developer"), has been satisfied in accordance with the City's requirements.
Attached hereto is the City Engineer's letter confirming completion of al required Public

RE: Southern Highlands Subdivision No. 4—Discharge from warranty responsibility and
Satisfaction of Warranty Surety Agreement
Dear Mr. James H. Hunter:
This letter is the final documentation from the on-site warranty inspection and the review of the
deliverables provided bm the City for the above noted project,
The Public Works Department confirms that ovvarronty inspection has been performed and no
apparent non-compliant items currently exist. Therefore we are discharging you from the two-
year warranty responsibility which commenced on the date of this projectsfnrmm|aoomotanca
letter.
We hereby also consent bm the release of the Warranty Surety being held bv the City during the
term of the warranty period and satisfaction of that certain Warranty Surety Agreement dated
March 10. 2018 and recorded mo Ada County Instrument No. 3018-024284. The City will record
o notice ofsatisfaction of the recorded Instrument and release of Warranty Surety.
