HomeMy WebLinkAboutNarrative Time Extension 2020 August 3, 2020 Meridian City Planning Staff 33 E Broadway Ave Meridian Id 83642 RE: Request for Time Extension of the Jump Creek Subdivision No. 3 Dear Planning Staff: On behalf of Challenger Development LLC please accept this request for a six months, time extension for the Jump Creek Subdivision No 3 (H-2018-0113). This development is located west side of N. Black Cat Road between Chinden Blvd and McMillan Road. Jump Creek Subdivision No 3 contains 62 single family residential lots, 7 multi-family lots and 12 common lots, on 21.64 acres. The plat was originally approved by Meridian City Council on December 4, 2018. This phase of Jump Creek will expires on August 23, 2020. The developer is ready to submit the plat to the City. In the event of a delay in obtaining the City Engineer’s signature by August 23, 2020, we requesting a time extension. If there are any questions please feel free to call me.
