Dear Chris:
Nampa &Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) currently has a Land Use Change Application
on file, for the project mentioned above. NMID will withhold further comment until our
review is complete.
The District's Kennedy Lateral courses along the north boundary of this project with a
minimum easement of fifty-five feet (55') total, twenty feet (20') left and thirty-five feet (35')
right from centerline; facing downstream. This easement and adjacent support must be
protected.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained onsite. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
