Hello,
Please vote yes on the zoning change. People need a place to live. High housing costs won't go down until supply can
meet demand. Please also increase the traffic capacity of Victory as a condition of moving this development forward. As
other comments have noted, Victory is not equipped for its current capacity, much less several hundred more cars.
