Ten Mile Road, Meridian, Idaho 83642 A couple of months ago you mentioned that the City of Meridian wanted to require an easement on our property to give some sort of road access in case of future development. We told you at the time that we would never okay that and heard no more about it until you came over today. Today you said that the city had made that a requirement and that you had agreed to it. Just to be perfectly clear our feeling has always been that you can do what you want with your property but that our property can not be involved in any way. We will not approve of any easement having to do with our property. From: Rex Harrison and Elma Harrison, 1300 N. Ten Mi ------------ d, Meridian, Idaho 83642 R
