Fix that problem before adding more people. 2) Victory Road Congestion. It has already been noted that Victory road cannot be widened and congestion is high. The builders should help finance infrastructure improvements necessary, when possible. In this case, it has been noted that the canal limits expansion possibilities, so high-density zoning is not appropriate, period. 3) Access Point Congestion. There are already many who take shortcuts through our neighborhoods. 4) Current zoning should be kept or changed to commercial. 5) R-15 is NOT compatible with R-8, R-4, R-1 in the area. While we understand the need for higher-density housing, this is not an appropriate location. Sincerely, Richard D. WINN Fabiola ARANEDA ROMO Bear Creek Subdivision 1
