The proposed development is in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance. The applicant submitted a planned development application to allow for a combination of uses, reduced setbacks, block lengths in excess of 1,000 feet and a diversity of housing types and lot sizes. Additional Irrigation Notes: Irrigation Required All landscape areas regulated by the City Landscape Ordinance (12-13) shall be served with an automatic underground irrigation system.
