Dear City Clerk,
Enough! As a longtime resident of the City of Meridian enough already. No more apartment complexes. The city is
growing way too fast, the roads are crowded and cant handle more people. The schools are overcrowded and there
isn’t enough retail to handle more and more and more people. Especially adding a large apartment complex! The crime
rate has gone up since we moved here and it will get worse with a large apartment complex. When will it stop??? This
rapid growth is ruining our beautiful city to a point where we are considering leaving.
Look at what your doing to Downtown Meridian, apartments on top of businesses with NO PARKING. This is crazy.
Please, step back and think about the people who live, work, commute and are trying to thrive here. Slow down, scale
back. Let’s not ruin what we have.
