Having reviewed the proposed Staff s Findings of Fact, I would like to request one revision which will reflect the City Council's decision and the capture the motion's intent regarding N. Dashwood Place: For your consideration: 4. City Council changes) to Commission recommendation: a. Council approved the project with the revised four (4) phased plan presented by the Applicant but determined that Dashwood Place shall be developed as emergency access only in perpetuity, but allowing for pedestrian/bicycle access to the proposed development. The emergency access shall be constructed to the 20' width emergency access standard during the first phase of the development (see DA provisions#A.1 f-g and condition A.5 Section VIII).
