NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following
applications:
Brighton Development, Inc. for a Request to Short Plat 4 commercial building lots
and 2 common lots on 3.88 acres of land in the C-C zoning district for Paramount Point (H-
2020-0082), located at 6357 N. Fox Run Way.
Hesscomm Corp. for Annexation and Zoning of 7.35 acres of land with an R-8 zoning
district and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 26 single-family residential lots and 2 common lots
for Teakwood Place Subdivision (H-2020-0006), located at 1835 E. Victory Rd.
LC Development for a 2-year Time Extension on the preliminary plat in order to obtain
the City Engineer’s signature on a final plat for Brundage Estates (TECC-2020-0001),
generally located east of S. Linder Rd. between W. Victory Rd. and W. Amity Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing at the
above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written
testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing via mail or in person to
Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting “Comment” to 31996. All
testimony and materials received or presented become property of the City of Meridian as public
records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials
are subject to change throughout the public hearing process, and it is incumbent on interested
persons to monitor changes by following the process in person, online, or by contacting City
staff.
