Greetings of the day,
I would implore you to deny the Delano application as it sits. Opening up Dashwood to traffic would prove to be a fatal
flaw to the surrounding community. There are plenty of other options for traffic to travel to the infill other than through
a neighborhood that already has traffic problems. Furthermore the zoning of the parcel is quite advantageous, given the
surrounding neighborhood, and I would please ask that you consider changing the zoning to a much lower density than
what is planned. Please deny this application again.
