RE: Delano Subdivision (H-2019-0027)
Here we are again writing to you in opposition of the Delano Subdivision. As residents of the Alpine Pointe
Subdivision, we have submitted previous correspondence and have listed the numerous reasons this project
should not move forward as presented to you for consideration. It seems very repetitive that we are going
through this process again. The reasons to deny this project have not changed and the amount of time and
effort to revisit this project again is very disheartening to the citizens of Alpine Pointe.
Unless there is some significant changes to this infill project to protect the residents of Alpine Pointe, both
financially and for their safety, I urge you to deny this project.
