The meeting is a hybrid meeting. You can join in person or via Zoom. The meeting link is listed on the agenda. For your
convenience, it is also listed below. I do show that you have signed up to testify. You will have three minutes once your
name is called. You will join the meeting as an “attendee”. When we call your name to testify, you will experience a brief
delay as you are moved from attendee status to panelist status. Once you are made a panelist, you will have the ability
to start your audio, and if you choose, your camera. If you have any visual materials to present, you can do so from your
computer. Please do send them in advance so we can have them as part of the record for the meeting.

I take it that the Council meeting is via Zoom again tomorrow night. I signed up to speak as legal counsel for
Michael and Malissa Bernard re: issue of Dashwood Place in the matter of the Delano project being
reconsidered by the Council tomorrow evening.
Can you confirm that I have signed up properly to testify at hearing?
And send me the information for the Zoom hearing password/meeting/ etc. as soon as possible.. ?
