Subject:Opposing Delano opening to Dashwood
Thank you to taking the time to read and consider our opinion.
We recently moved from our dream home we built in Ashbury for the very same reason we are writing to you
today.
When moving to Alpine point our desire was to live in a quiet, older established community with out traffic
cutting through our neighborhood.
By opening our neighbor to traffic, this will only create and encourage unnecessary cars Speeding through a
residential neighborhood causing needless frustration for our residents who are primarily seniors.
Please we ask that you decline this application and do not allow Delano to open up into Dashwood and the
Alpine community.
