We’ve been going back-and-forth on this application for over 2 1/2 years, enough already! The development they are
proposing is much too dense to be neighboring Alpine Pointe with it’s R4 sites. Plus, we do not want Dashwood opened
because of all the traffic that would take the shortcut through Alpine Pointe to avoid the lights on Eagle & Wainwright
and Eagle &McMillan. We, the residents of Alpine Pointe, have invested a great deal of time and money over the years
to develop our properties to reflect the quiet & quality lifestyle we seek.
We realize that this infill property will be developed in the future but this is NOT the project. Please deny it for the
final time.
