To who it may concern, I am writing to express my opposition to the Delano Project. I own a home on Brooksburg Pl. We
have 3 young children and my primary concern is the level of unwanted traffic that would flow through Dashwood and
Wainwright and the remainder of the Subdivision. We are already concerned with the level of traffic on Wainwright and
feel opening up Dashwood would endanger childern, elderly, and special needs people that live on or near Dashwood.
The Subdivision is not fit to handle the infrastructure needed for such a change. We are pleading with the city to stop
the expansion of Dashwood. It simply doesn't make good livelihood sense for the tenants of Alpine Pointe.
