Subject:Alpine Point subdivision
Please let the City Council Members know we STRONGLY oppose Delano punching roads in to our subdivision.
I thought this matter was settled but apparently not. Delano only wishes to make a huge profit with no regard
to the residents or their needs who have saved all of their lives to live in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.
Many elderly people bought homes in this quiet subdivision as a final home to retire in. These roads that
Delano wants to bring through would cause far too much traffic on our streets. Many residents in our
neighborhood own RV's and they are often parked along the streets, sometimes on both sides of the streets.
This added traffic would be dangerous and unnecessary.
We also have people in wheel chairs and walkers and the added traffic would be hazardous to those folks.
For Delano it's all about the money that will line their pockets. For the residents of Alpine Point it's about a
quiet, peaceful, safe community.
Please oppose Delano!!!
