We have three houses with a family member in a wheelchair. They are able to get around the block nicely. However, if the street is opened up to the Delano subdivision, it will be extremely difficult. Also the majority of the homes have driveways backing into the street. With a steady stream of traffic, the homeowners will have a difficult time getting out of their own driveways. The street is not very wide so when workers or emergency vehicles, fire trucks and ambulances, are parked in front of houses, there is not room for two vehicles to pass on the roadway. To be safe, with the amount of traffic expected from Delano, our subdivision will need several stop signs for our residents to get out of their own streets onto Wainwright. The back up will affect the whole division. We respectfully ask you to deny the Delano Application. Clifford and Lynn Owens 1
