I want to express my concerns and opposition to the project opening up Dashwood to through traffic.
This will have a negative impact on all of our home values and lifestyle in Alpine Pointe. We already
have a lot of traffic speeding through the neighborhood without regard to the people who live here.
This project would just exacerbate the problem. It is not about what the roads will handle, it is about
what it will do to the neighborhood, especially during morning and evening commuter hours. I am
asking that the City Council again reject this application.
