Dashwood Place should remain closed in perpetuity. 2. Lots adjacent to Alpine Point should be low density, single story construction. 3. Traffic calming interventions should be the sole responsibility of the developer. 4. The Cook parcel density should be reduced to R-15. 5. The identity of the proposed developer and builder should be disclosed to the Planning and Zoning Commission and be made public. 6. Ten percent open space is inadequate to maintain the quality standards of our city and should be re- evaluated in favor of increasing this percentage. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
