This comment is in regard to the proposed Horse Meadow project Hello, My name is Elaine
Cristella 1050 N. Casa Loma Dr. 83642 I am a resident of Meridian and homeowner in the
Castlebrook Subdivision for the past 9 years. My concerns are as follows: 1. 500 homes with one
main 2 lane road (Pine) for in and out access on to Blackcat. 2. No sidewalks From the Compass
school to Pine. 3. Visabilty to make a left turn onto Blackcat from Pine is horrible. 4. During Peak hrs
it is near impossible to make that turn. 5. It seems that building homes is taking place without regard
for safety in this area. 6. If builders want to build they should have to foot the bill for roadwork,
sidewalks etc to make sure all area residents have safe access.
