Washington Ave., Emmett, ID 83617 LETTER OF INTENT June 10, 2020 Community Development RE: Willeman Property Boundary Adjustment To whom it may concern, On behalf of Donald Alan Willeman, we are pleased to submit this Letter of Intent and attached application and supporting documents for the Willeman Property Boundary Adjustment. Willeman Property Boundary Adjustment comprises of 18.918 acres and is located at 230 E. Lake Hazel Road and S. Meridian Road, Meridian, ID. Details on the existing individual properties comprising the project are as follows: Address Parcel Number _Acreage 230 E. Lake Hazel Road S1131336150 5.11 Bare Land S1131336006 13.828 These properties are within Ada County and carry the R-4 zoning designation. The attached property boundary adjustment changes the parcel on E. Lake Hazel from 5.11 acres to 5.004 acres and the bare land parcel from 13.828 acres to 13.914 acres more or less for residential use. The property boundary request is to obtain access to E. Lake Hazel for the bare land property. The proposed PBA does not impact any other properties or expand any non -conforming uses.
