Im emailing regarding the proposed project on Blackcat and Pine.
I would like to express my concern in regards to safety and traffic. I live in Chesterfield 2. It is very difficult to
get in and out of the neighborhood as it is. With Compass school in session traffic is worse. It is very tricky to
turn South on Blackcat. Many close calls and traffic accidents have occurred here. Adding construction and
additional structural obstructions on a two lane road would be a disaster. I am strongly apposed to this project
for safety and we just don’t have the ability to accommodate more traffic.
