At the June 24, 2003 hearing, the City Council requested the developer present fencing opdoris for screening areas adjacent to Stoddard Rd. and Nrisible from Overland Rd. The developer has indicated that he would be ��illing to incorporate the followi.t� iten�s� Ij Provide a sxx foot (6'� solid vinyl fence, in place of the chain link, along Stoddard Rd, We have coordinated with the ft�ncing company that installed the vinyl fence across Stoddard Rd, along the Bear Creek Subdivision_ The fencing proposed by the developer will be the same style as the Bear Creep Subdivision fencing. Therefore, from Stoddard Rd, the project will have at least twenty fcct of landscaping and then a vinyl .fence. The developer is proposing to provide a three foot tall bear, with evergreen trees spaced every thirty- five feet (35' north of and adjacent to the nortbernrnost fence line running parallel with Overland Rd. Iri ether words, the entire contractors yard would be enclosed in chairs link fencing as proposed with the tree berm located on the north side of the contractors yard fencing_ The developer believes that the chain link fencing provides a more secure facility that is less susceptible to vehicle damage, Therefore, the developer prefers the chain link fencing around the contractors yard, however he will provide further buffering "th the berm and trees. The developer believes that the proposed items listed above will zx�itigate the concerns the City Council had for screening fr®rn the public s4reets.
