I somehow missed this letter on my desk and wanted to get it to you as soon as possible. We will also be
writing a letter to the developers/engineers and sending a Land Use Change Application (LUC) with it today but
thought you should have this on file that a LUC will be needed for this project.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) requires a fled Land Use Change Application to review
prior to final platting. Please contact Elke Adams (208) 466-7861, at 1503 First Street S. Nampa, ID,
for further information.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The Districts Kennedy Lateral. The districts
easement for the Kennedy Lateral at this Iocation is a minimum of fifty five feet (55') total, twenty feet
(20') left and thirty-five feet (35') right from centerline; facing downstream.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and
Approved plan before construction is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage leaves the
site, the NMID must review drainage plans. Developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
