Meridian City Clerk -
My name is Melinda Stave and am a resident of the Stetson Estates subdivision in Meridian. I have concerns about the
Toll Brothers development and their commitment to provide adequate transitional space between their proposed
Cedarbrook subdivision and the Stetson Estates bordering properties.
Our homeowners have met with Toll Brothers and attended several meetings with Meridian City regarding the plans for
the Cedarbrook subdivision and its impact on Stetson Estates. Although there have been promises of a respectful
solution, those agreements have been ignored by Toll Brothers in the current application. Concerns regarding, our rural
designation, proposed housing density in the Cedarbrook subdivision, and transitional space between border properties
are in question again.
We ask you to continue honoring your support regarding our concerns, as we encounter more false promises from Toll
Brothers.
