To Whom It May Concern,
I have 10 acres that perimeter the 118 acres being discussed tonight. My neighbors and I have all made several efforts to
work with Toll Brothers. You have received many of our emails to keep you in the loop of the divisive action that has
taken place. Toll Brothers has yet to set a shovel on that land and even still the damage that has been done to our
community and neighbor relationships through their divisive tactics and blatant lies is alarming at best.
We were recently told by our current Toll Brothers representative that Toll Brothers and this model are being touted by
the city as the model for developers breaking into rural communities. If this is the case, hear me when I say this city is
doomed. Not because it is completely lacking of appropriate transition like we have discussed so many times before, but
because your residences are being lie to and pit against one another. We are being promised things that they have yet to
put them in writing. We are being told things individually while something completely different is told to another
neighbor. Whatever meets the audience in the moment to be followed quickly with the question "Do you think you could
submit a letter in support of our plan to the city? I am tired and worn down from this year long charade.
We have consistently asked for 1 acre minimum transition. However, as Toll Brothers continues to refuse to work with us
or put anything in writing, continues to respond to requests and make changes at the eleventh hour, continues to pick and
chose neighbors to work with while boasting that they have "the model' the city wants established, we have neighbors
who are just as tired from the charade and now fearful that they should settle for less out of worry that the city will not
hold to their statements that we were heard back in December.
Please uphold what was said in December and protect our rural properties by not approving a plan with anything less than
1 acre for R2 and single story homes as appropriate transition between our homes. There are so many other things that
have been requested still NOT in writing in this plan and we desperately need your help.
Thank you.
