Subject: Cedar Brook Subdivision
I oppose the development of Cedar Creek subdivision.
There needs to be some co-operation from Toll Brothers.
I strongly recommend the Cedar Brook Subdivision be developed with transitional one acre lots with a
minimum width of 200 feet along with berms and fencing for all border lots.
Stetson Estates are either five acre or ten acre lots and have been for years. This should set some
precedent. This area should remain with acreage and larger lots. We bought our homes for the size of land,
privacy and country setting. Therefore, I request the above transition.
This area is peaceful, quiet, with low crime rates.
By developing Cedar Brook Subdivision this peaceful, quiet and low crime rate area will not remain. There will
be increased traffic, population, noise (cars, barking dogs, crime, etc...).
As we all know higher density will increase all this.
