I moved to Meridian from Baker City to be closer to health care and be a little closer to the city, I though owning 12 acres I would be close to the city, I never dreamed the City would allow 8 homes per acre On the property boarding me. I would like the city to consider at least one acre transitional lots on the south and west boarders of the subdivision, along with berms, fencing and only single story homes. I would think the city would want some kind of transactional property's from single family homes on 5 acre lots to up to 8 homes per acre? I have talked with Toll Brothers and have not been able to come to an agreement. Dennis Radford CEO MRI Mobile 541-519-5009 Cell
