Dear Sir/Madam,
We are homeowners of property adjacent to the parcel of land that Toll Brothers is proposing
to develop into Cedarbrook. We are writing to offer our support of this proposed project as we are not
able to attend the Public Hearing scheduled for July 7, 2020. When we purchased our home
and property in 2018, we understood that we were purchasing in the Rural Urban Transition area
and that it was only a matter of time before development and the city limits came to us. We are familiar
with Toll Brother's work and feel that the quality of the homes they build would be beneficial to our
ever developing community in southern Meridian.
