Mr. Divito,
Thank you for your email. As this issue you describe will likely come before the City Council and I as part of a public
hearing, I—as well as Council—are not able to make comments regarding the land use issue outside of that process. I
have copied our City Clerk to this email so that your email and this response can be included as part of the record should
this item move forward.

Hello, I'm Mr, Di Vito. I am writing► to you about my concerns on this
project, liust moved here to this beautiful city of Meridian from
Chicago, liust bought anew home at 5271 Bleachfield. My
neighbors and I are very concerned about Bleachfield. We all have
purchased homes here cause of the beauty and the homes being► in a
culdesac. Now that culdesac is in the process of being► removed and
made into a thoroughfare. My neighbors and I are very upset that this
is in the works. As of now, we have a great residential block of homes
in which all of the children play in the culdesac, We the residents/tax
payers watch our children play and have fun. We as parents feel more
safe for them due to it being► a culdesac. We know who lives on the
1
block and we are able to watch who comes and goes . Now that
safety is going► to be gone, so that the beautiful city of Meridian could
have more residents/taxpayers. We the people of Meridian
understand that the growth of population is going to happen. But we
the people/tax payers will NOT allow to have our children's safety
jeopardized. What we want; is the culdesac to remain closed. The
existing► fence needs to be completed all the way across to the other
side of the road, and connected to the existing► fence. This will close
off the culdesac. In no way will this effect the builder. The number of
homes will not be effected. In fact, they can add another home at the
end, between lot #25 and lot # 3, Tonight we will be at the meeting► to
discuss this, WE THE TAX PA YERS OF BLEACHFIELD are going to
demand this,,,The culdesac on Bleachfield should remain as is.
Thank you and see you tonight,
ALL THE RESIDENTS OF BLEACHFIELD,
