My name is Casandra Nielsen and I live near Franklin and Linder road. I’ve heard there are plans presented to the city to
build apartments on Waltman off Meridian road. I’m emailing to ask you not to approve this. I’m often on Waltman and
love how serene this lane is. I believe this area would be wonderful for single family homes, another neighbor
subdivision. There are several apartments in this area-a few off meridian road, new apartments off Franklin road at both
Linder and 10 mile. I don’t think this area needs to be flooded with more apartments. I’d rather see larger homes, 2000
and up square footage, for the families of Meridian to grow and settle into this lovely community and very accessible
and beautiful location.
I hope you take into consideration the opinions of Meridian residents and taxpayers as you make plans for the futures
our city.
