Waltman Ln. Good Evening, Please excuse my late comment submission. I am commenting on behalf of my parents, Gilberto & Ofelia Jacuinde, and myself. My parents moved to this current address in 1997. They are the original and current homeowners. I was three years old at the time that they moved here and have lived and grown up alongside my younger brother in this home. I have seen a lot changes in Mallard Landing especially on South Muscovy Avenue in the past 23 years. Neighbors have come and gone, houses have been put for rent, and new generations of kids now live on this street. The adjacent land to my backyard has also seen changes. There have been cattle, horses, and most recently cattle again being raised there. There is also other wildlife that call the land their home such as foxes, coyotes, and hawks. It saddens me to imagine that that little bit of wildlife will someday be gone. But, that is one of the realities in living in the ever-growing suburban sprawl. I understand that the applicant has had to resubmit the application for Tanner Creek Subdivision a couple of times. And while the project looks great for our growing city, the land isnâ t the correct place for it. Two examples why my family and I are opposed to this application include: â ¢ The length of the freeway left entrance to Waltman Ln. just seems way too small for the amount of traffic that is proposed for this application.
