I do not know how long a Comprehensive Plan is good fon t in the life of

Twenty? Fifty? Fifty is a long time in a humans life, but
a city. In fifty years I am almost certain not to live here, or anywhere.
Probably the same could be said of most of my neighbors. There is the
possibility that the city might want to do something else w y
property, or my neighbors' property
when it becomes available. If the
infrastructure cannot support the traffic, the options might be limited in
what the city could do.
As my neighbors have explained, getting out from Waltmaneading
