Good afternoon Sabrina,
After the Planning and Zoning hearing and with more careful consideration of the circumstances, we are asking for one
story homes on one-acre transitional lots (with a minimum width of 200 feet) on the borders of Stetson and Rock Ranch
Estates as per our discussion with the Meridian City Council in late 2019 regarding transitional densities. We also ask
that the homes be built at the front of the lots, towards the street, not at the back of the properties next to our
farms. These requests would be in conjunction with the berming and fencing already discussed which will allow us to
better continue our farming practices without undue conflict with our new neighbors.
