While it would be idea for the adjacent property owners to take access off of new public streets and not the existing private road,Quarterhorse Lane,ACHD cannot require those property owners to give up easements to their existing access. 1 suggested that Dan review what easements are in place and talk with the adjacent property owners. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I am starting a project with Guy Tomlinson and Dan Lukehan at 710 N. Black Cat Road and am reaching out to you regarding the access on N_ Black Cat called W. Quarterhourse Lane which currently provides access to several horse oriented residential properties. My understanding is that Guy and Dan have spoken with you about this access and that the District will require that these properties be provided with access through the proposed subdivision to replace their current access off of Black Cat Road_ Attached us a vicinity map of the site.
