Good Morning Kirsten,
Thank you for providing comments on a potential project next to your subdivision. At this time, the City does not have a
formal application for this specific property. If/when the application is submitted to the City and you are within 300’ of
the project boundary, you will receive notification from the City of the public hearing date and the property owner will
also be responsible to place public hearing signs along all street frontages that abut the subject property. Public
testimony will be welcomed at that time.
Sincerely,
Bill Parsons, AICP | Planning Supervisor

Please deny the planned townhomes and apartments at on Amity and Hillsdale. The Elementary school across
from there is already overcrowded ( as are all the schools around it). Houses would be bad enough adding to the
overcrowding, but Apartments and townhomes would end up overwhelming the schools!! Please consider what
is best for the children in the local community and their schools before saying yes to a bunch of apartments and
townhomes to an oversaturated area.
