Thank you for providing comments on a potential project next to your subdivision. At this time, the City does not have a
formal application for this specific property. If/when the application is submitted to the City and you are within 300' of
the project boundary, you will receive notification from the City of the public hearing date and the property owner will
also be responsible to place public hearing signs along all street frontages. Public testimony will be welcomed at that
time.

I am writing in regard to the planned apartment/ townhomes planned across from the YMCA, bordering Hillsdale and
Century Farms neighborhoods.
I am very upset about this as it will most definitely impact home values in this beautiful neighborhood negatively. While
I am sure the financial gain for the land owner is very attractive, it is definitely a negative for all who live here.
These high density protects should not be built bordering neighborhoods of houses. We have spent so much money on
these homes just for this kind of plan to de-valuate them.
Please reconsider this very bad plan that has so much opposition.
