Thank you for providing comments on a potential project next to your subdivision. At this time, the City does
not have a formal application for this specific property. If/when the application is submitted to the City and
you are within 300’ of the project boundary, you will receive notification from the City of the public hearing
date and the property owner will also be responsible to place public hearing signs along all street frontages
abutting the subject property. Public testimony will be welcomed at that time.

I moved to Century Farm back in 2017. Within the past year, the traffic is horrid, so we do not need to make it
worse. I would not like to see apartments being built around our area.
