Thank you for providing comments on a potential project next to your subdivision. At this time, the City does
not have a formal application for this specific property. If/when the application is submitted to the City and
you are within 300’ of the project boundary, you will receive notification from the City of the public hearing
date and the property owner will also be responsible to place public hearing signs along all street frontages.
Public testimony will be welcomed at that time.

Subject: Apartments Across from Hillsdale YMCA
Hello,
I’m writing you this email to voice our concerns and opposition to apartment buildings going in to the area
next to the Hillsdale development.
The proposed number of units would increase congestion and traffic already a concern to those of us that live
in the immediate area. Please reconsider any approval of such a project as our area is already impacted for
things like school space, traffic, and general construction debris/crowding due to the ongoing development.
