At this time, the City does not have a formal application for this specific property. If/when the application is submitted to the City and you are within 300’ of the project boundary, you will receive notification from the City of the public hearing date and the property owner will be responsible to place public hearing signs along all street frontages. With home value increasing in our little corner of the world we are surrounded by great builders in every neighborhood with zero CBH effecting our comps. Multi Family housing will only decrease our value in homes, we should only allow this development to be single family homes of the same stature as all of Century farm and Hillsdale creek. This development plan is not in the best interest of the people who have invested in this community it is only to line the pockets of this developers pockets by putting multi unit housing in (which always ends up looking ran down).
