My community and I are very concerned with the attempt to rezone this lot for high density
housing. We are aware that land will be developed, it’s inevitable. However, high density housing

brings a massive amount of children to an already over crowded school and extra traffic to roads
that are already over impacted. This is unsafe for the children who currently live in this area
along with a negative impact on the home values that are already here. I am asking that you
please consider hearing out the members of these communities that are being impacted. We
don’t feel we are being irrational, we are not opposed to building we are only opposed to high
density housing.
