Our neighborhood has worked tirelessly for two years to push for reasonable changes to this plan. We have proposed workable solutions. We are not anti -growth, but we want to see growth done right. We will continue to stand up for our neighborhood, doing whatever it takes to be heard and to ensure that our legal rights are protected. Dashwood needs to be closed in perpetuity. There are plenty of other access points to the proposed development area without the need to open Dashwood. We realize that we did not emphasize that point strongly enough in past testimony, and we will make sure that future testimony clearly points out the many available access points. Finally, there are pertinent aspects of this application that need to be disclosed, and it is not unreasonable to ask that we have answers before proceeding, specifically, what is the name of the builder and what is the estimated price point. There is no need for secrecy surrounding this information. Even if this information is not specifically necessary to the application, why not disclose it, if there's nothing to hide? We will be in attendance at this Tuesday night's Zoom meeting. Best Regards, Laura and Dom Trairatnobhas 208-275-9823 4621 N. Camas Creek Way Meridian, ID 83646 Sent from my iPad
