feet that the Delano Subdivision development appropriately transitions from the apiiartme

concerns.
We understand that Council's recent denial was based Largely on some Membe
concerns, regarding the timing of opening of N. Dashwood Ave. and Centrepointe Way. T
ifs of Centrepointe way, which will be developed over a third party's property, is out
tur control and out of the control of the applicant. We support the applicant's new soLuti

Thank you for your consideration. We truly feet the applicant has done a great job
balancing and addressing the concerns of the neighbors, the requisite agencies and utiti
providers, and has incorporated those issues into the Delano Subdivision plat.
