QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this t11 day of May, 2020, between Fit 4, LLC, an Idaho limited
liability company, whose address is P.O. Box 16650 Boise, ID 83715-0000, herein referred to as
("Grantor"), and Fit 4, LLC, hereinafter ("Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
That the said Grantors, for good and valuable consideration, to them in hand received by the
Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents remise, release, and
forever QUITCLAIM unto the said Grantee, and to their heirs and assigns forever, all of the real
property described on Exhibit „A„ attached hereto.
Together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders,
and rents, issues and profits thereof;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said premises, together with the
appurtenances, unto the said Grantees, and to their heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused its name to be hereunto subscribed this l'day

Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 4 North, Range 1 East of
