Dawn,
I am the Planner reviewing your encroachment permit for the concrete ramp outside the Unbound
Library.
According to our regulations (8-1-4) we need proof an insurance policy with minimum limits of five
hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per person bodily injury, five hundred thousand
dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence bodily injury, and one hundred thousand dollars
($100,000.00) per occurrence property damage, naming the City as additional insured.
The insurance only lists the library as insured. Can you get an updated policy from your
insurance representative?
