The applicant is the library and has not named the City as insured.

Attached is the Certificate of Liability Insurance for Meridian Library District. ICRMP does not allow
the additional insured designation, I have included a letter from ICRMP outlining why this can’t be

Effective June 1, 2020, as we continue with the Governor’s phased in Reopening Idaho program, we
will be taking the following steps to be available to serve your needs while the program is being
implemented and assessed:
1. Our staff is available to assist you with all your insurance needs. We can be reached via email or
phone (208-888-1465) from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
2. As our full team works remotely, for the safety and health of clients and staff, our office building
will remain temporarily closed until at least June 30, 2020.
3. Documents and signatures can now be collected electronically.
4. Payments may be made directly to insurance companies. If you need to make a payment, please
call the phone number on your billing or reach out to your service team here at All American via
email or phone. You may also place payments in the mail slot of our front door. A receipt will be sent
to you.
