HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC - Affidavit of Publication 6-23 NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications: Arthur Berry for a Rezone of 1.96 acres of land from the I-L to the C-G zoning district and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 6 buildable lots on 12.84 acres of land in the C-G and I-L zoning districts for Midgrove Plaza (H-2020-0029), located at 1450 E. Franklin Rd. Schultz Development for Annexation of 5.25 acres of land with an R-15 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 43 buildable lots, 11 common lots and 1 other lot on 4.97 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district for Ascent Townhomes (H- 2020-0039), located on the north side of W. Franklin Rd., midway between N. Black Cat Rd. and N. Ten Mile Rd. Schultz Development for a Modification to the Existing Development Agreement (Inst. #108131100), which allows commercial/office/hotel uses, for the purpose of replacing the agreement with a new agreement allowing a mix of single- family and multi-family residential uses to develop on the site; a Rezone of a total of 38.47 acres of land from the C-G to the R-8 (10.13 acres), R-15 (12.20 acres) and R-40 (16.14 acres) zoning districts; a Preliminary Plat consisting of 142 buildable lots and 18 common lots on 37.87 acres of land in the R-8, R-15 and R-40 zoning districts; and a Conditional use permit for a multi-family development consisting of 272 residential units on 16.14 acres of land in the R-40 zoning district for Tanner Creek Subdivision (H-2020-0024), located at 675 W. Waltman Ln. Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attending the public hearing at the above-noted time and date. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hearing via mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Suite 104, Meridian, ID, 83642; by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org; by voicemail at 208-288-5607; or by texting “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and materials received or presented become property of the City of Meridian as public records and are subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Law. Application materials are subject to change throughout the public hearing process, and it is incumbent on interested persons to monitor changes by following the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
