Good afternoon Sabrina,
After watching the ACHD hearing, we understand the position that Toll Brothers is in regarding the
north/south collector and are very disappointed with ACHD's recommendation for it to be reinserted.
Collectors are not required to be placed strictly at mid-mile and a collector road, or any other type of road, is
absolutely not an acceptable transition between Cedarbrook and the properties of Stetson or Rock Ranch
Estates. With low density, rural estate properties already established to the west and south, a collector road
to the south is not necessary as very little traffic will flow in that direction. We do not agree with ACHD's
recommendation and will continue to encourage the City for a proper transition and ask for 1/2 acre or larger
lots with berms and fencing along our borders.
